Scale claims found on Anshul’s own project pages — "9+ cities," "74+ ongoing projects" and "43+ million sq ft delivered" — are the developer’s own promotional figures and have not been independently verified; a separate page from the same developer instead cites "30+ delivered projects" and "3,500+ customers."
